Witnessed on verso by Aaron Munn, docketed. Folds, browned, tears at fold, edges frayed, corner missing. 3) Bond signed by Peter Morris and Joseph Kingsland, Jr. to Luthur Bradish for $17,000. 15 x 20 in. 3 pp. Folded in half. Tears at folds, edges folded, right corner torn out.
